REVIEW:
Historic tea rooms refitted to re-establish the grand tradition of tea service but also add interesting better than average offerings of well conceived dishes that sparkle up the menu from breakfast to lunch. This is a charming and high quality cafe we'd like to see more often, and it morphs into a more serious eatery at night.
