REVIEW: Upstairs at Hollick Above the cellar doorand overlooking vineyards north (with a cutting showing the terra rossa over limestone soils), upstairs at HOLLICK is the best dining in the vineyards at Coonawarra. And there is no qualification in that comment as this is fine modern/regional food in relaxed settings with professional service. And, showing confidence in their own label, the wine list includes other local wines as well as an interesting mix of other Australian and imported wines.
