REVIEW:
There are so many cook books released each year and many pass over our desks. Some are stories of cooksý careers, some delve into the beautiful creations that our finest chefs present in their restaurants. Much of this is fascinating reading and we can drool over the recipes without ever imagining finding all the ingredients let alone trying to cook the dishes. And doing so would probably cost more than going to the restaurant and eating the dish that someone else cooked and someone else washed up after. Neilýs good food is a collection of simple recipes that are designed for any of to be able to copy and prepare at home. His joy in good produce and simply cooked food is apparent. This is a practical, interesting book for the interested home cook.
