With over a century of food and wine history the Floýs story is told with sepia and coloured photos of the restaurant, the Grill and the bustling streetside interspersed with a selection of the classic recipes of dishes that have been part of the Grossi tenure at this address. This is hearty Italian cucina taking pride in fine ingredients and gentle ýslowý cooking. The recipes are easy to follow and there is a glossary on Italian food and basic sauces and stocks.
