An odd-one-out for Rick Stein. His books normally focus on seafood that has made his name - both for his own restaurant and his entertaining television shows. Here he travels the world and offers his takes on dishes from various countries - Australia, India, the Far East and closer to his home in England. Well described and easy to follow recipes make this a valuable cookbook that will give a broad repetoire for those that don't stick to limited culinary influences.
