Well, it's called the basics, and it is simply that: a collection of recipes under a simple categorisation that can help the most nrevous home cook. Over 500 pages of recipes that are well described and each with an additional "hints and tips" that make for foolproof cooking even for dummies. I know people who would be delighted but such exhaustive information, and even good cooks could benefit by the detail involved in the preparation of The Basics. No photos, no fuss, just the basics. And a bargain!
