Pete Evans' first book FISH was top of its field for an Australian cookbook dealing with local fish, with information about the varieties,handling and a load of great recipes. It showed his specialty as a chef and displayed his love for seafood. My Grill covers his other love - relaxed food cooked on a BBQ either at home or out camping. It's a creative take on the BBQ and dishes areachievable with the simple and explicit descriptions and recipes through the various styles of BBQing included in My Grill. Maybe not as stand apart in its genre asFISH but full of great, tasty recipes.
