While not as comprehensive or as interesting as his previous Ripailles, Stephane Reynaud presents us with the excellent ROTIS subtitled Roasts for eavry day of the week. Chaptered under days of the week - including Friady's fish - there is a wealth of roasted meats, fish and side dishes, all explained simply in easy to follow recipes with a distinct classic French flavour. Photography will help with presentation and understanding the style of the dish and helpful hints for sauces and more make it a book you'll gain lots of ideas from.
