Far too many food books are becoming simply collections of recipes, so it is a delight to read this collection of stories from Ms Dimbleby's life of travelling the world from her childhood until later life. It adds colour to the food she learnt to love and gives an understanding to the cuisines we may take for granted in multicultual Australia. A charming and entertaining read.
